What a sweet scene. It’s a shame that Beatrix suffered that fate that we still don’t fully know. At least now we know that Snow White was supportive of her.
Snow White is very close to Beatrix, and she emphasizes that Beatrix shouldn’t stay with a man who doesn’t treat her right. We know that Snow White has killed someone, which makes me believe that she might have killed Beatrix’s abuser or murderer. Both of them dying from illness might have been a cover-up.
The Mirror mentioned that only one other person knows about this particular event. Rose Red definitely knows that Beatrix died as a result of murder. She might have heard it from Snow White or Butterfly Althea. However, I do not think that Rose Red is aware that Snow White killed someone, as she perceives her mother as weak and irrelevant compared to Grimhilde. I wonder who the other person is.
I feel so bad for Beatrix. Wonder if Quetzal will bring her back like she brought Althea back.
Why is the wedding take place in Grimhilde’s castle though? What would Snow White’s old home have to do with Beatrix who is no blood relation of Grimhilde? Shouldn’t Beatrix get married in Frederick’s castle or her husband’s castle?

Poor sweet Beatrix. I still wonder about her actual fate.

We’ll know at some point 🙂

Wait, then did Sno White kill someone?
I’m also confused, I don’t remember the Mirror saying Snow White killed anyone.
It was mentioned in Chapter 4, Page 21.
Thank you!
This is so sad. They seemed really close. 🙁
Wait, this Snow White? I thought it was her “mother” Grimhilde.
Stepmother.
