Aurora has got to be so confused rn, to my understanding this is the first time she’s officially “met” Maleficent right? At least while she wasn’t under a mind control spell.
Years ago that detail was covered in the first version of this comic so my guess is they will keep it. In fact, that was the first time I realised that Aurora and Maleficent never interacted out of the spell.
