You know, looking back at these pages, i wonder… Considering how Attina never got married (because trauma) and both her, Arista and neither of the other sisters had children, i wonder: what has led Ariel to WANT this type of life? Like… Falling in love, marrying and having children? Does she have a more “romanticized” percepetion of her parent’s marriage, considering what really happened? Maybe Eric also wanted to have kids, so she “went on” with it? I wonder
Honestly, I don’t think Ariel really thought it through. She stopped at “I fell in love with a human and want to marry him.” We’ve seen in this very comic how she lost her first child because she cared more about going horse riding than resting.
